Whenever people have been asking us "how's your summer going?" we're always like "it's...weird. But good?". While August always has a little bit of a split personality vibe (wait, didn't summer *just* start but hold up now, is that HALLOWEEN CANDY I spy!?) this August in particular has us feeling of multiple minds about...everything.

It only took a single morning breakfast meeting for us to fall head over perfectly-organized-beautifully-functional-kitchen heels for Hasami's line of elegant, simple, interchangeable earthenware.

As people who revel in elevating the necessary rituals of the miraculous mundane, we have lots of thoughts about washing dishes.

We are no strangers to ritual attunements. We believe in the daily grounding magic found all around us in the humblest of things...from the way our bodies themselves feel fruitful after spending time working the earth in our gardens to the pure satisfaction of a clean kitchen after a beautiful meal. The call to connect ourselves to the world around us is deeply human.
