In Praise of Patina

It's been almost six months since we moved into our new forever home on West 48th and Grand (!!).
There is truly nothing like a fluffy sheepskin. Add one as a cushion to your favorite not-quite-as-soft-as-it-used-to-be chair. Lay one at your bedside so your feet have a fluffy cloud to land on all winter long. Or plop your sweet babe in a basket lined with a sheepskin, oh yes.
In our wildest childhood dreams of what "being a grownup" might look like we never could have imagined that we would have an entire flock of of bay ponies, dappled grays, golden palominos, and UNICORNS, all under the watchful eye of our very own shepherdess/shopdog Ruby. SUCCESS!
