This heirloom has gorgeous coloring with a dusty pinky purple body and green shoulders. Weighing in at about 12 oz, Cherokee Purples have a sweet and smokey taste–all the better because they’re high producing.
Cherokee Purples are a great slicer for sandwiches and Caprese salads.
