Made in Sweden, this stunning little wooden xylophone (also called a "stir drum") has the most beautiful earthy resonant tone. We initially got this as a dream gift for the musically-inclined little ones in our lives (which it definitely is) but we pretty much immediately co-opted it for our own uses. The resonant wooden tone bars are arranged in an 8-tone wave formation, so when you "stir" the inside of the drum with the mallet in circular motions, different "waves" of sound are made.
