Hand-made in small batches in a Swedish confectionery using pure flavors and zero artificial additives or colorings, the difference between these fish and traditional "Swedish" fish is the same as the difference between hand-shaved cocoa melted into fresh cream chocolatl and "Swiss Miss". Colored by raspberries and rolled in a tart-sweet powder for a subtle sour kick, these are named "Roding", Swedish for Arctic Char, since they share the same characteristic red color.
