After decamping from years spent working for the USDA, the Montgillion’s founded Smoke Camp out of an 1800s cabin on their farm, where Dot devised a series of natural products like jams, jellies, teas, and herbal remedies harvested directly from the landscape. The nostalgic flavor of Strawberry Rhubarb Jam is a tangy, sour rhubarb coming together with the sweet, juicy strawberry, rest comfortably knowing your food is certainly delicious with this spreadable additive.
