OPEN POSITION: Shop Sales Assistant  

The Foundry Home Goods is seeking a part time sales associate to join our team. They will work in the shop with clients, sales, and keeping the world of the shop tidy + beautiful. We're looking for someone who...  

• Values relationships and collaboration with all humans exemplified by a friendly and empathetic demeanor
• Is energized by busy days, loves to stay active and tackle projects
• Has a can-do attitude and isn’t afraid to ask questions 
• Is naturally organized and reliable 
• Is able to adapt and pivot between projects throughout the day
• Isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and be physically active throughout the day
• Enjoys learning and is eager to explore our product lines
• Has a keen attention to detail

Place of Work: Our brand new location at 110 5th Ave SE, near St Anthony Main and the Stone Arch Bridge

Compensation: This is a part time, hourly position starting at 15.00/hr with opportunities for growth with experience and/or sales goals. The Foundry also provides Paid Time Off (PTO) and a 401k matching program for all hourly and full time employees.

Hours: Estimated 20-30 hours per week.  Must have weekend availability.  Opening Shift 9:30am-2pm, Closing Shift 1pm-6:30pm (7:30 during the Holiday season), Full Day Shift: 10am-6pm.  Ideal schedule: 10-6 Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
