These exquisite stainless steel knives are hand-forged and honed in a 100+ year old workshop in Solsona, Spain, in the same manner than they have been for over 400 years, tempered with blessings to Saint Eligius, the patron saint of knife makers.
There is no substitute for a serrated bread knife. We won't say that we've broken up with someone because they hacked their loaves with a paring knife, but let's just say it was a sign. This beauty's rounded end (paired with a sharp tip) is ideal for starting cuts safely. Serrated knives are also the best way to slice tomatoes. Just sayin'.
