When our fearless shop-leader, Lillian, says "this might be my favorite thing in the whole store" the music stops, time stands still, and everyone turns to listen. Yes, dear ones, this insanely sharp, superbly sweet, kinda tiny pizza cutter is a little round dreamboat. It is, of course, perfect for cutting pizza, but it's also marvelous for making homemade pasta, finessing herbs, and turning flatbread into pita chips (as well as such fun cooking-for-a-tiny-human requirements as "halving grapes", "de-crusting sandwiches", and "noodles too long no more"). Whatever you roll it over, it cuts. The hand-made, rust-resistant stainless steel blade is easy to sharpen and the warm wooden handle is carved from Japanese Keyaki wood. 9" total with a 3" blade.
Take Care: Sharpen the blade as needed and occasionally oil the wood with your preferred wood conditioner (we swear by Old Mill's All Natural Beeswax and Mineral Oil Wood Polish, available right here at The Foundry), being sure to allow enough time for the wood to absorb the oil before its next use. Hand wash only, please.
