With their organic form, tiny, airy bubbles, and excellent feel in hand, these stunning "oval" glasses have an exquisite handfeel-rounded like a wine glass, as weighty in the hand as our favorite roli polis but a little taller. Obviously ideal for wine, these are also wonderful as vessels for cocktails or water, for short pours of iced coffee, or for morning's fresh squeezed juices. These are also marvelous as votive holders, a row of rosy, flickering light gives your table an effortless "dinner party in Oaxaca" kind of vibe. 2" around, 3" tall, holds 4oz
About the maker: Hand-blown in a second-generation woman-run furnace in a small town in Jalisco called Tonala, each piece is individually crafted by a team of three glass blowers working in an open air studio using only recycled glass stock. Picture bougainvillea hanging over the finishing kiln. These pieces are both elegant and bohemian, simple and classic, made to be used, and loved.
