The North Dakota Women in Need (ND WIN) Abortion Access Fund is a North Dakota-based non-profit dedicated to the belief that abortion is a fundamental human right. ND WIN works to break down discriminatory barriers that block abortion access, provide financial assistance for abortion and related reproductive healthcare services in North Dakota, and build stronger communities through funding and advocacy efforts in order to achieve reproductive justice. In their words:

Restrictions on abortion funding and access are discriminatory because they especially burden people in need: low-income people, young people, people of color and rural people of North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota. Our purpose is to serve as a safety net for those who would not otherwise be able to obtain an abortion.
