4/30/2021 Foundry Giving Friday: Project Success

Every Friday The Foundry Home Goods donates 5% of our total sales to a different community-nominated small-and-mighty cause. This Friday's Foundry Giving Friday recipient? Project Success!

Project Success is a Minneapolis-based non-profit dedicated to helping young students find and connect to their purpose. For over 25 years, Project Success has empowered public school students, grades 6-12, to dream about the future, make a plan for what their lives might look like after they graduate, help them create a framework of actionable steps to get there, and give them the tools they need to achieve their goals. Through their partnership with 26 Minneapolis Public Schools, Project Success serves more than 16,000 students each year.

With immersive arts education, tailored hands-on learning, supported "expeditions" that broaden experiences (anything from college tours to canoeing trips), and certificates programs (motivation-forward opportunities to learn specializations outside of Reading, Riting, and 'Rithmatic—like coding or performing arts), Project Success provides young people with both an eye-opening sense of what-might-be-possible and the bedrock of skills and tools to help them get there. See more of their good work—especially crucial in these wild times—here in action.

Thank you to Marta for the nomination!
