Centro Tyrone Guzman is a Minneapolis-based non-profit dedicated to building a vibrant, diverse and inclusive Latine* community that belongs and contributes to the social and economic vitality of Minnesota.

As the oldest and largest multi-service Latine organization in our city, Centro Tyrone Guzman serves all ages, from infants to elders with culturally responsive, family-centered services and programs address health and education disparities to empower Latines to change systems and mindsets.

From dual-language early childhood education to "Centering Pregnancy" maternal-fetal healthcare access initiatives, from adult literacy programs to "wise elders" intergenerational lectures by and/or for seniors, from the Raices Youth Social Entrepreneurship career pipeline to individualized tutoring and support through their Be@School programCentro Tyrone Guzman is creating pathways out of poverty, helping children and youth reach their full potential, and improving the lives of families and individuals. The vision is of a vibrant, diverse, and progressive Latine community is certainly one we can all get behind.

We are pleased and proud to support this good work, this Giving Friday and always. If you don't need anything from us, consider donating directly to Centro Tyrone Guzman. Note: The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a financial crisis for many Centro Tyrone Guzman families, and many are facing the risk of eviction. The recent unrest in Minneapolis has made the needs even more urgent. At this time, 100% of donations received will be given to Latine families who need support paying rent/mortgage.
