Have you thought to yourself at any time in the past few years that if only we could talk it out like human beings...if we could just HEAR each other...so much of this could just be resolved? We certainly have. But...where to start? What to say? How to listen?

The Minnesota-based Conflict Resolution Center is a non-profit dedicated to guiding humans through tough conversations and finding resolution through mediation. Led by empathetic and specially trained mediators, their services are geared towards finding actionable solutions towards resolving all sorts of achingly simple and universal problems (fence line boundaries between neighbors, differences on how best to care for aging parents among siblings, co-workers who have different expectations or work styles... just the stuff of being a human being in the world) with clarity, set direction, and clear boundaries.

The power of an unbiased mediator, one whose only skin in the game is finding a satisfactory resolution for all, is so simple that it feels revolutionary. The Conflict Resolution Center takes that idea—if only we could just talk it out—and makes it a reality.
