All Square is:
a) a Minneapolis-based non-profit that invests in those impacted by mass incarceration through entrepreneurial fellowships
b) launching an ingenious prison-to-law pipeline & law firm
c) a craft grilled cheese restaurant
d) all of the above

THE ANSWER IS D! This amazing "social enterprise" recognizes the barriers to success that formerly incarcerated people/those impacted by the criminal justice system face in order to flourish as leaders, business owners, and legal practitioners.

a) Their entrepreneurial fellowships are year-long curriculums customized to each individual’s level of education, experience, and interests. Fellowships includes three core offerings: full-time employment in their restaurant, a 3-month business course, and individual & family therapy (for those who want it).

b) Through their groundbreaking (and just, like, jaw-droppingly brilliant/how is this not a thing already) "Prison-To-Law Pipeline", the first-ever cohort of currently incarcerated legal scholars are working towards getting ABA accredited JD and Paralegal degrees and a dedicated law firm and "reentry clinic" are being established in support of the graduates.
