Everything about this box feels like some sort of elevated cheese-centric magicians illusion. Instead of sawing a sequined lady in half, though, you collect the perfectly grated shavings of your favorite cheese in a gorgeous, naturally hydrophobic and antimicrobial olivewood box. The grater slides into the box's built in grooves and (pay no attention to the manchego behind the curtain) emerges, ready to be deployed across gratins, caesars, pizzas and the like.<p><p>Take Care: Hand wash and dry. Occasionally oil the wood with your preferred food-safe wood conditioner (we swear by Old Mill's All Natural Beeswax and Mineral Oil Wood Polish, available right here at The Foundry), being sure to allow enough time for the wood to absorb the oil before its next use.
