A gently curved, super-sharp knife, specifically designed for softer cheeses. The slender, serrated blade, sharp tip, and hand-carved and angled zelkova wood handle are ideal for spreading softer cheeses and/or demolishing an entire round of Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tam in one sitting (no judgment). We've also been known to use this to cut tomatoes, serve pie, and supreme oranges, so, you know, use your imagination. 4 1/2"

Take Care: Sharpen the blade as needed and occasionally oil the wood with your preferred wood conditioner (we swear by Old Mill's All Natural Beeswax and Mineral Oil Wood Polish, available right here at The Foundry), being sure to allow enough time for the wood to absorb the oil before its next use. Hand wash only, please.
