This long slender brush has quickly become one of our favorite go-to tools for washing up. Individually hand-crafted in Sweden from naturally soft and supple horsehair fibers and pretty, pale, oil treated birch wood, this brush's long, slender handle feels good in the hand and, paired with the narrow head (with its subtly curved end), is the perfect length and shape for cleaning everyday dishes and reaching the bottoms of delicate glasses (while keeping your hands out of the water). The horsehair bristles are the ideal firmness—sturdy enough to get lipstick off of whiskey glasses, soft enough to do so without scratching the crystal.
Take Care: With a bit of easy maintenance, this brush can last for years. Clean the bristles with plain water or the soap of your choosing, shake out excess water, and allow brush to dry with the bristles down. Occasionally oil the wood with your preferred wood conditioner (we swear by Old Mill's All Natural Beeswax and Mineral Oil Wood Polish, available right here at The Foundry), being sure to allow enough time for the wood to absorb the oil before its next use.
