(Papaver somniferum) The delicate flowers of this breadseed poppy have white or light-pink petals with purple patches at their base. Originating from Chrenovec, Slovakia, this variety bears large capsules containing white seeds that make an excellent paste/meal when ground like a nut butter. Plants grow up to 4' tall and don't self-seed. 90 days to flowering. All plant parts except the seeds are toxic. Organic.
