Hand-made from ethically harvested Kiso hinoki cypress wood in Nagano, Japan, this gorgeous, aromatic, and naturally hydrophobic bucket has infinite uses. Kiso cypress is grown in the Kiso Valley and traditionally used for building shrines and temples. Inspired by iconic onsen buckets used for storing clean rinse water for dumping during baths and made using traditional cooperage techniques, this bucket can be used for your own cleansing water, for storing bathing products in the shower or bath, as an ice bucket for sake or wine, or anything else you can dream up.
