The 20 cm (7.87") blade is a classic small chef's knife. The flat taper also enables short guided chops. The pointed blade shape, like all good things, is a matter of personal preference, but it makes for ultra-precise cuts (and a rakish aspect).
Take Care: Use the knife, hand-wash the knife, dry the knife, sharpen the knife, and rub the blade with blade-safe mineral oil. And for goodness sake, be careful! This knife is SHARP.
